Corporate rates apply for large and corporate events.

SHORT NOTICE/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Short Notice and Public holidays will incur a small surcharge ($30.00 flat fee).

GAZEBO

If you require me to bring my gazebo the cost will be $10.00.

HOW TO PAY

Deposit: 50% of fee payable at time of booking to secure the date/time.

Balance: Payable online 24 hours prior to event or cash payment at the event.

Payment Methods: Netbank, Direct Deposit or Cash - no change given, please have exact amount.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • I can make paint approx. 20-25 Full Faces or 25-40 Cheek Art Designs in 2 hours.
  • No part hours – full hours charged once entered into.
  • Where required: Travel charged at $30/hr after 10kms from painter's base (+tolls & parking).
  • **Loading added for short notice, public holiday, peak dates @ $30.00 flat fee.
  • Payment Terms :: CORRECT CASH ON THE DAY (NO CHANGE CARRIED) or NETBANK PRIOR TO DATE if preferred. Cheque on the day acceptable for Corporate clients only - Made payable to USHA ROYCE . Total payment must be made either before your booking or on the day of your booking, unless discussed prior and alternative arrangements can be made.
  • Note : If you wish to pay the remainder by cash on the day, can you please pay before I commence your booking.  This allows me to go to my next booking promptly.
  • **Cancellation fee of half the total amount due if less than 48 hours notice given.
  • **Cancellation fee of the full total amount due if cancelled on the day of the booking
  • **Late Fee of $10 per day invoice is overdue.
